When evaluating legal technologies, one of the key differentiators is
what actual users say about the systems. According to four separate surveys from
major industry organizations, Serengeti is the
highest rated system for both electronic invoicing and matter management.
In fact, not only was Serengeti named the most widely used system
and the best value, it also received the highest overall satisfaction
rating among both law departments and law firms. When it comes to

KEY FINDINGS
575 law department professionals (GCs, in-house staff attorneys, paralegals and administrator) nationwide rated electronic invoicing vendors based on overall satisfaction. When asked to rate e-billing vendors based on overall satisfaction on a scale of 1 to 5 (where 5= “Very Satisfied” and 1= “Very Dissatisfied”), Serengeti had the highest user satisfaction with 85% of its users (141 of 165) giving the vendor either a “Very Satisfied” or “Satisfied” rating.

KEY FINDINGS
Almost 1,000 law firm respondents nationwide
(including the Am Law 200™) ranked electronic invoicing vendors based on
overall satisfaction. When asked to rank e-billing vendors based on
overall satisfaction, the highest number of respondents chose Serengeti
by a margin of nearly 4-to-1.

KEY FINDINGS
When corporations were asked which system they used
for legal electronic invoicing, more chose Serengeti than any other system. Likewise, Serengeti was cited by law
firms as among the most commonly used at their firm. In fact,
Serengeti provides all of the most requested features/attributes
cited by law firms in the survey (ability to track invoice
status, easy to use and intuitive, and transparency on the
invoice processing). Serengeti also avoids all of the top
drawbacks/concerns cited by firms in the survey (being charged
to use the system, requiring special formatting of invoices,
requiring timekeeper rates to be entered into the system).
