Our fixed pricing model


  • Fixed Monthly Usage Fee
    With Serengeti, companies pay one, fixed month fee based upon their annual legal spending. There are no hidden fees for support, adding users or matters, maintenance, or upgrades.
  • One-time Setup & Training Fee
    There is no large, up-front cost to get started. New customers only pay a one-time setup and training fee, equivalent to two months of usage charges
  • Optional Data Conversion Fee
    For a one-time fee, Serengeti can also upload data from your current system or database


No Hidden Costs


  • No charges for annual system maintenance
  • No charges for new law department users or law firms (i.e. no "per-seat" charges)
  • No charges for system upgrades
  • No ongoing support or training charges
  • No internal IT support costs to install, maintain, or upgrade system hardware or software
  • No significant investment of time during setup—training takes only an hour and system configuration takes a couple of hours


No Charges to Law Firms


  • No law firm charges that will come back to the client directly or indirectly (in the form of higher legal bills or lower discounts)
  • No special firm software, downloads, or invoice configuration that can delay implementation
  • No incentive to connect only the largest law firms, leaving law departments with a second system to deal with paper bills from smaller firms and foreign firms—and incomplete spending reports
