Spring 2016 Release Introduces More Integrated Workflows to Improve Productivity and Convenience

Thomson Reuters Legal Tracker™ – the most widely used and highest rated e-billing and matter management platform for corporate legal departments – today introduced a new quarterly release that provides an improved user experience through more powerful integration with Microsoft Outlook. Additional enhancements have been made to the solution’s dashboard and budgeting features to optimize reporting and data visualization capabilities.

Continuing the focus on integrating Tracker workflows into the tools users already employ on a day-to-day basis, the updated Tracker for Outlook add-in equips clients with the ability to approve, reject, or dispute invoices directly from the application’s reading pane. Available on demand and compatible with several versions of Microsoft Office, Tracker for Outlook enables users to manage their invoices, as well as copy emails and attachments directly into Tracker matters, without the need to transition to a web interface.

Additional enhancements have been made to help clients make better informed business decisions. The solution’s expanded list of pre-configured dashboards and viewing preferences provide more flexible options for visualizing metrics at-a-glance, while reporting granularity for alternative fee arrangements (AFAs) makes it easier to understand their financial impact. Improvements to international tax and number/currency formatting also improve financial reporting for multinational and international users.
