New Service Tiers Expand on Tracker Best-in-Class Service and Support

We are very excited to tell you about a new service for Legal Tracker customers: Legal Tracker Customer Success Packages. These offerings will provide a tiered approach to support and service delivery, with the options of Standard, Silver, and Gold levels.
With these new offerings, we look forward to continuing our Tracker tradition of providing a best-in-class customer experience. The support and service levels our customers come to expect from the Tracker team won’t change. The Standard level represents the same experience customers currently enjoy and is already included as part of their Tracker subscription.
The fee-based Silver and Gold tiers are designed to provide customers with increased levels of support and service, along with additional value such as admission to the annual Tracker Summit user conference, access to Legal Tracker Professional Services with reserved hours of service, and more. With guarantees for increased service levels and heightened access to Tracker internal resources, the Silver and Gold levels help you maximize the value you receive from Tracker.
