KEY FINDINGS

More than 630 law firm respondants nationwide (including the Am Law 200™) ranked electronic invoicing vendors based on overall satisfaction. Serengeti Tracker was picked as the most preferred vendor by a margin of 3:1.

The 2006 Law Firm E-billing Survey focuses on the electronic invoicing systems used by law firms to submit invoices to their clients. It includes questions on the key benefits and concerns with electronic invoicing as well as overall satisfaction with each of the e-billing vendors.
