Why the Name Serengeti?

When we set out to develop the world's first collaborative matter management and e-billing platform, we searched for a name that reflected a vibrant and inter-connected community. The Serengeti plains in Africa, with its constant activity, diverse array of wildlife, and dynamic landscapes invoked these images and ideas.

Today, Serengeti Law is bringing together widely dispersed vendors and legal teams from over countries. The network has grown
to include thousands of in-house counsel and more than law firms.

Along the way we've enjoyed working with users from around
the world, and have learned that everyone is fascinated by the Serengeti and its animals.

Company Background

Legal Systems Holding Company is a privately held corporation doing business as Serengeti Law. Unlike most legal technology vendors, we are profitable, have no debt, and have no parent company or outside investors who could disrupt funding or distract us from our mission. Our only service, Serengeti Tracker, has earned unprecedented acceptance for a new technology in the legal profession. Since its release in the fall of 2001, over in-house counsel and outside firm users in more than countries have come together to work on Serengeti Tracker.
