Serengeti Tracker Surpasses 50,000 Law Firm Users Worldwide

Largest Online Platform for Legal Profession Accelerates International Growth

Bellevue, WA – October 5, 2007 – Serengeti Law today announced that its online matter management and electronic billing system for the legal profession has added its 50,000th law firm user. Together with the more than 12,000 corporate law department users also on Serengeti, the system’s total user count now exceeds 62,000 legal professionals in more than 125 countries.

This large international base of users is driving an acceleration in the adoption of Serengeti, by both in-house and outside counsel. Over the past year the number of new law firm users coming onto Serengeti has grown to more than 1,600 a month (up from under 1,000 a year ago). Similarly, the rate at which new law department users are connecting to Serengeti has more than doubled to over 400 per month (up from less than 200 a year ago).

Serengeti’s web-based system gives legal teams a secure and efficient way to exchange key information related to their legal projects, including documents, bills, budgets, status updates, exposure, reserves, and results. More than one million legal bills (with billions of dollars in annual legal spending) have been processed through Serengeti’s system.
