Serengeti Tracker support is available to all users with an active User ID and password. Your firm attorneys should have received specific instructions from your client regarding the Serengeti Tracker implementation process. If you have not been issued a User ID and password, you will need to contact your Law Firm's administrator. If you do not know who has been assigned as your law firm's administrator in Tracker, contact your client.

For active users, your support contact's name and information is available at the bottom of every page in Tracker. Additionally, Tracker provides field specific an in-depth Help and Support site from within the application. The Help site contains Quick Reference Guides, online tutorials, live training options, an extensive online help database, and information about recent Tracker updates.  Click on the "User Login" button in the top right corner to log into Tracker. Once you have logged-in to Tracker, the Help site can be accessed from the Help button in the top right corner.

Serengeti provides thorough specifications to assist in configuring your time and billing system which include: Invoicing Requirements, e-Billing FAQs, LEDES specifications, and UTBMS specifications.  Active users can access these and other reference materials by: (1) logging-in to Tracker, (2) clicking on the "Help" button in the top right, and (3) visiting the "Reference Materials" section.
