Serengeti Law today announced the completion of the
implementation of the Serengeti
Tracker system, a secure Web-based system, to connect Lucent’s Law
Department with its law firms worldwide. Lucent’s professional and
support legal staff can now exchange key information online within a
single organized system to manage legal bills, documents,
budgets, status updates, and results. Because of the system’s unique
design, it took less than three months to train and connect more
than 120 Lucent users in some 37 offices, with their law firms
located throughout the US and more than 50 countries. ■
